Unlike other virtual property services, Hoxna doesn’t work with fictitious real estate. If it’s yours in real life, it should be yours virtually too. Hoxna will achieve this through linking real estate title deeds with virtualised property data in terms of both its location and appearance.

The result is that not only will you be able to browse and interact with real-world properties in virtual space, but the ownership of each virtualised property can be traced back to its real-world owner.

While a title deed can claim ownership in real life, we’ll virtualise the title deed by issuing an NFT for every property in Hoxna. Take a photo of your property, register it in Hoxna, and through our integration with property ownership databases, you’ll automatically get a Clay NFT - Hoxna’s certificate for property ownership.
