Multiverse? Metaverse? Cryptocurrency?

The Future of Synthetic Reality

Hoxna is a ground-breaking and ambitious new project which links virtual and physical real estate through a common currency and NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), providing a true digital twin of the world.

Multiverse? Metaverse? Cryptocurrency? We’ve had them since the dawn of time, says Hoxna

You don’t need to put on a headset to become involved with the Metaverse, the biggest thing to come to technology in a generation.

This is because the concepts of what’s now called Web3 are already here - and they have been here for thousands of years.

How come? Think about it a different way.

Buying and selling property has existed for thousands of years, but no-one has successfully applied it into virtual space. Metaverses exist with virtual property, of course, but these are fictional properties and everything about them is fictitious.

What Hoxna is doing is literally applying the real world of property into the metaverse. Everyone will have the power to import a scan of their building into Hoxna’s metaverse layer, and for that to then be propagated out to any metaverse environment that wants to use it.

The result? Real buildings made virtual. Real markets made virtual. The real and virtual become linked through a “deed” - an NFT that confirms a user’s ownership of one or both types of property.

Suddenly, the metaverse becomes real and meaningful for everyone. It becomes everyone’s space - not just owned by big corporations. You control what’s in it.

It all becomes more meaningful. The blockchain is not an abstract concept any more - it’s basically what we know as the housing ladder.

Cryptocurrency is simply a faster and more secure way of recording (in this case) financial transactions, often held in escrow. We have always had some form of cryptocurrency - and this modern form turbocharges it. Hoxna Coin will be our way to record and conduct real estate actions.

Hoxna will offer a set of modules for each function: privacy, transactions, integration with any metaverse, and even decentralised AI. When it launches in Alpha in the Autumn, you’ll have a chance to work directly with these modules independently or all together - what Hoxna calls the Multiverse.

Mark Flores Martin, CEO of the Terra Earth Foundation, said:

“We connect the best of the future to the best of the past. The elements of Web3 have deep roots in history. By making these evident, we are making the metaverse easier to understand, use, and work with for anyone.”
